Immunogen
This antibody was raised against Recombinant Histone H3 from Xenopus laevis, which shares 99% identity to human H3 (134/136 aa are identical).
Buffer
Purified IgG in PBS with 30% glycerol and 0.035% sodium azide. Sodium azide is highly toxic.
Histone H3 antibody tested by ChIP-Seq.Chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) was performed using the ChIP-IT® High Sensitivity Kit (Cat. No. 53040) with 30 µg of chromatin from Farage human lymph-node derived B cells and 4 µl Histone H3 antibody. ChIP DNA was sequenced on the Illumina HiSeq and 20 million sequence tags were mapped to identify Histone H3 binding sites.
Histone H3 antibody tested by Western blot
20 µg HeLa cell nuclear extract was run on an SDS-PAGE gel and probed with Histone H3 antibody (pAb) at 1 µg/ml.
