CUT&Tag

CUT&RUN（Cleavage Under Targets & Release Using Nuclease）是一种研究各种染色质相关蛋白及其修饰的全基因组分布的表观遗传学方法，是ChIC（chromatin immunocleavage）的衍生方法。类似于ChIP（chromatin immunoprecipitation），CUT&RUN也是利用抗体靶向染色质相关修饰和蛋白，但其所需细胞量和测序深度比传统ChIP更低。
