Description

Potent and selective histone deacetylase inhibitor (ref 1). Induces apoptosis in a variety of tumor cell lines (ref 2). Synergizes with kinase inhibitors to kill CNS tumor cells (ref 3). Prevents diabetes in a mouse model by immunoregulation and β-cell pretection (ref4). Cell permeable.
